Daily Devote Yourself to God!

~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)

MARCH 11
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Judges 14-17

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Then Samson called to the LORD, saying, “O Lord God, remember me, I pray! Strengthen me, I pray, just this once, O God, that I may with one blow take vengeance on the Philistines for my two eyes!”” (Judges 16:28)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the just God (Isaiah 45:21), our God is the greatest judge (Isaiah 26:7), and our God is fair to all (Deuteronomy 10:17). God is the God of justice (Isaiah 30:18), and God’s judgment is inescapable (Amos 9). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about Samson’s supernatural strength from God, Samson’s feast and his riddle, how Samson judged Israel for twenty years and fought with the Philistines, Samson and Delilah, the event of Samson’s final strength, and about Micah and the Levite from Judah. As believers in God, it is always important to have faith in God (Mark 11:22). It is always important to live wisely, and to live a holy life to God’s glory. Keep in mind that vengeance belongs to God (Romans 12:19 and Hebrews 10:30). God will faithfully judge all people (Psalm 67:3-4 and Psalm 96:13). No detail of justice escapes God, and you can always trust in God with your life (Proverbs 3:5-6). Therefore, it is good to make the choice to live faithfully to God, and to be blessed forevermore by God. Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:6-8)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)

JESUS SAID;
“To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”” (Revelation 3:21-22)

MARCH 7
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Judges 1-3

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“When the children of Israel cried out to the LORD, the LORD raised up a deliverer for the children of Israel, who delivered them: Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother. The Spirit of the LORD came upon him, and he judged Israel. He went out to war, and the LORD delivered Cushan-Rishathaim king of Mesopotamia into his hand; and his hand prevailed over Cushan-Rishathaim. So the land had rest for forty years. Then Othniel the son of Kenaz died. And the children of Israel again did evil in the sight of the LORD. So the LORD strengthened Eglon king of Moab against Israel, because they had done evil in the sight of the LORD.” (Judges 3:9-12)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the just and fair God (Isaiah 45:21 and Deuteronomy 10:17). Our God provides judgment and justice for all people and all nations (Psalm 33:5, Psalm 94:10, Isaiah 30:18, Jeremiah 10:7, and Jeremiah 18:7-10). The entire Earth belongs to God (Psalm 24:1), and it is good for all the nations on Earth to praise God (Psalm 67:3-4). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how Israel continued their conquest for the Land of Canaan, Israel’s past unfaithfulness to God, and how God raised Othniel, Ehud, and Shamgar as judges to deliver Israel. As believers in God, it is always best to keep in mind that, God is our Greatest Teacher (Psalm 143:10), and the counsel of God stands forever (Psalm 33:11). God is the Great King for the whole Earth (Psalm 47:2), and God is mighty in power and understanding (Psalm 147:5). And, by the grace of God, it is always better for us to obey God, than to seek to offer sacrifices to God (Psalm 111:10 and 1 Samuel 15:22). Thank God for His wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Thank God for His Holy Spirit! Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” (Matthew 9:13)

JESUS SAID;
“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life.” (John 6:47)

JESUS SAID;
“If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.” (John 14:15-17)

JESUS SAID;
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

MARCH 4
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Joshua 16-18

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Then Joshua cast lots for them in Shiloh before the LORD, and there Joshua divided the land to the children of Israel according to their divisions.” (Joshua 18:10)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the just and fair God (Isaiah 45:21 and Deuteronomy 10:17). Our God provides justice for all (Psalm 33:5 and Isaiah 30:18). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how the territories of Ephraim, Manasseh, and Benjamin were defined, and how the land of Israel was divided by Joshua according to God’s commands, and the land was given to the tribes of Israel. As believers in God, it is always good to know that, God has prepared His eternal rewards for all His people (2 Corinthians 4:16-18). Everyone that chooses to serve the Lord Jesus Christ here in this life on Earth, will be honored by God in this life, and forevermore (John 12:26). And, where the Lord Jesus Christ is, that is where all His people will be with Him also (John 14:1-3). Therefore, it is good to choose wisely how we live our lives, and to make the choice to always serve God in all that we do. Our inheritance is with the Lord Jesus Christ (Galatians 3:26-29). God is good to all people (Psalm 145:9). Thank God for His eternal salvation! Thank God for the sacrifice that the Lord Jesus Christ provided for all of us! Thank God for all His blessings in our lives! Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)

JESUS SAID;
“For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.” (Matthew 16:26-27)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.” (John 12:26)

JESUS SAID;
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” (John 14:1-3)

FEBRUARY 21
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Deuteronomy 16-18

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“You shall be blameless before the LORD your God.” (Deuteronomy 18:13)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the Awesome God (Psalm 47:2)! Our God is holy (Psalm 99:9), just, fair to all, and the best judge for all people (Deuteronomy 10:17, Psalm 50:6, and Psalm 135:14). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about the three appointed Feasts of God, the various instructions provided to serve and honor God, the provisions to the Levites, and about the prophecy of the New Prophet. As believers in God, it is always important to keep in mind that, with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). God is abundantly able to perfect everything that concerns us (Psalm 138:8). Therefore, it is always best to make the choice to trust in God with all our hearts, souls, and minds, and God will direct our paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep in mind that, it is always good to listen to the instructions and the corrections that God provides to us in life (Proverbs 10:17). Thank God for His wisdom, knowledge, and understanding (Psalm 33:11, Psalm 111:10, and Proverbs 3:13)! Thank God for the sacrifice that the Lord Jesus Christ provided for all us (John 3:16-17)! Give glory to the Most High God in Jesus’ Name, Amen!

With God All Things Are Possible

The Risen Lord Jesus Christ

God-loves-you

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:48)

JESUS SAID;
“If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.” (Matthew 19:21)

JESUS SAID;
“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)

JESUS SAID;
“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.” (John 15:1-4)

JESUS SAID;
“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.” (John 17:20-23)

FEBRUARY 19
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Deuteronomy 10-12

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality nor takes a bribe. He administers justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing. Therefore love the stranger, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt.” (Deuteronomy 10:17-19)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is love (1 John 4:16 and 1 John 4:18), God loves all people, and God wants to save all who will come to Him for salvation (John 3:16-17). God is just and fair to all, and God is not partial to anyone (Deuteronomy 10:17-19). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how the second pair of the Ten Commandments of God was recorded, Moses shared the messages of God about the blessings that will come to the people of Israel as they live in obedience to God, and also shared the truth that a place of worship is where God chooses to put His name. As believers in God, it is always important to keep in mind the key messages of love covered in today’s study of the Bible. That is, pertaining to the Greatest Commandments of God, to love God, and to love our neighbors as ourselves (Deuteronomy 10:17-19 and Matthew 22:37-40). And in addition, as believers in God, it is always important to reverence God, to serve God, to worship God, to honor God, to obey God, and to praise God (Deuteronomy 10:20-21, Deuteronomy 11:1, and Psalm 34:1). God is good to all, and His mercies are over all His works (Psalm 145:9). Our God is so awesome! Thank God for all His blessings in our lives! Amen.

With God All Things Are Possible

MY GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD!

God-loves-you

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:23-24)

JESUS SAID;
“If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” (John 13:17)

JESUS SAID;
“If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John 14:15)

JESUS SAID;
“If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” (John 14:23)
