Daily Devote Yourself to God!

~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)

FEBRUARY 26
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Deuteronomy 31-34

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“For I proclaim the name of the LORD: Ascribe greatness to our God. He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He.” (Deuteronomy 32:3-4)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is Our Rock of Salvation (2 Samuel 22:47, Psalm 18:2, Psalm 62:7, and Psalm 95:1). Our God is the true God (Isaiah 43:11-12). Our God sees and knows the future ahead of time (Isaiah 43:8). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how Joshua became the new leader of Israel after Moses, the commandments and the instructions that God provided to the people of Israel, the song of Moses, the blessings of Moses to the people of Israel, and about how Moses passed away after living for one hundred and twenty years. As believers in God, it is always good to keep in mind that, our God gives us the Rock that never fails (Matthew 7:24-27, Luke 6:47-49, and Acts 4:11). And, it is always good to give glory, praise, and honor to God (Psalm 29:1-2, Psalm 48:1, and Luke 2:14). Through the Lord Jesus Christ, we obtain the eternal salvation of God that has been made available to all people (Psalm 3:8 and John 3:16-17). Truly, without a doubt, Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). Thank God for His faithfulness! Thank God for all His blessings in our lives! Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’” (Matthew 4:4)

JESUS SAID;
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)

JESUS SAID;
“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” (John 13:17)

JESUS SAID;
“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)

FEBRUARY 21
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Deuteronomy 16-18

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“You shall be blameless before the LORD your God.” (Deuteronomy 18:13)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the Awesome God (Psalm 47:2)! Our God is holy (Psalm 99:9), just, fair to all, and the best judge for all people (Deuteronomy 10:17, Psalm 50:6, and Psalm 135:14). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about the three appointed Feasts of God, the various instructions provided to serve and honor God, the provisions to the Levites, and about the prophecy of the New Prophet. As believers in God, it is always important to keep in mind that, with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). God is abundantly able to perfect everything that concerns us (Psalm 138:8). Therefore, it is always best to make the choice to trust in God with all our hearts, souls, and minds, and God will direct our paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Keep in mind that, it is always good to listen to the instructions and the corrections that God provides to us in life (Proverbs 10:17). Thank God for His wisdom, knowledge, and understanding (Psalm 33:11, Psalm 111:10, and Proverbs 3:13)! Thank God for the sacrifice that the Lord Jesus Christ provided for all us (John 3:16-17)! Give glory to the Most High God in Jesus’ Name, Amen!

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:48)

JESUS SAID;
“If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.” (Matthew 19:21)

JESUS SAID;
“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)

JESUS SAID;
“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.” (John 15:1-4)

JESUS SAID;
“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.” (John 17:20-23)

FEBRUARY 16
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Deuteronomy 1-3

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“And the LORD said to me, ‘See, I have begun to give Sihon and his land over to you. Begin to possess it, that you may inherit his land.’ Then Sihon and all his people came out against us to fight at Jahaz. And the LORD our God delivered him over to us; so we defeated him, his sons, and all his people.” (Deuteronomy 2:31-33)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is holy (Psalm 99:9), and God is the best judge for all people (Isaiah 26:7). The earth belongs to God (Psalm 24:1), and God judges and corrects kingdoms and nations on the earth (Psalm 94:10, Psalm 105:7, and Jeremiah 18:7-10). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how Moses reviewed God’s commandments, instructions, and judgments, the wilderness journeys of the people of Israel, and the battles that they fought to acquire the lands that God gave to them. As believers in God, it is always best to seek God (1 Chronicles 16:10), and to understand God’s wisdom and His commandments to us (Psalm 111:10 and Proverbs 3:13). Salvation and deliverance come from God, and God has already given all true believers of God, the authority to overcome every power of evil through the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). Thank God for all His blessings in our lives! Amen.

FEBRUARY 7
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Numbers 8-10

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Now the LORD spoke to Moses in the Wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying: “Let the children of Israel keep the Passover at its appointed time.”” (Numbers 9:1-2)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is holy (Psalm 99:9), and God loves all His people so very much and wants to save all of them (John 3:16-17). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about God’s instructions to Moses, Aaron, and the people of Israel, to light the lampstand of the tabernacle, to cleanse the Levites, to keep the feast of Passover, to prepare trumpets for sounding directions, and to prepare all the people for the journey to the land of Canaan. The Passover is a very important feast to God, and it is also symbolic of the sacrifice that the Lord Jesus Christ provided for all of us (John 3:16-17). The Lord Jesus Christ established the Lord’s Supper and the Holy Communion during the Passover celebration in His time (Luke 22:14-19). Thank God for the sacrifice that the Lord Jesus Christ provided for all of us! Amen.
