Daily Devote Yourself to God!

~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)

APRIL 15
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Chronicles 4-7

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“The sons of Levi were Gershon, Kohath, and Merari. The sons of Kohath were Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel. The children of Amram were Aaron, Moses, and Miriam. And the sons of Aaron were Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.” (1 Chronicles 6:1-3)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the God of Love (1 John 4:16 and 1 John 4:18), Our God is the Holy God (Psalm 99:9), and Our God is the Merciful God (Psalm 103:8). Our God is the God of Justice (Isaiah 45:21). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about the family genealogies of Judah, Reuben, Gad, Manasseh, Levi, Issachar, Benjamin, Naphtali, Ephraim, Asher, and their land locations from both the eastern and the western areas of the Jordan River. And in addition, we can learn some very important lessons from the prayer of Jabez, and how God responded to him (1 Chronicles 4:10). Indeed, God does hear the prayers of His people (Proverbs 15:29). Amen. And as believers in God, it is also very important to note that from the family of Levi (1 Chronicles 6:1-3), God provided His Laws to Israel and to all of mankind, but from the family of Judah (1 Chronicles 4:1-2), God provided His Messiah to Israel and to all of mankind, the Lord Jesus Christ (1 John 4:9-10). Thank God for the victory over sin, death, and eternal condemnation, through the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57)! Amen. Thank God for His everlasting mercy and salvation (Psalm 107:1)! Amen. Thank God for His everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3)! Amen. Thank God for the sacrifice that the Lord Jesus Christ was willing to endure in order to help save all of us (John 3:16-17)! Amen. Give glory to the Most High God in Jesus’ Name, Amen!

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life.” (John 6:47)

JESUS SAID;
“If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31-32)

APRIL 13
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 2 Kings 24-25

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Surely at the commandment of the LORD this came upon Judah, to remove them from His sight because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done, and also because of the innocent blood that he had shed; for he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, which the LORD would not pardon.” (2 Kings 24:3-4)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the Holy God (Psalm 99:9). Our God is the God of Love (1 John 4:16 and 1 John 4:18). Our God is the Merciful God (Psalm 103:8), and our God is the God of Justice (Isaiah 45:21). God does choose to forgive many of the sins that are committed by people (John 3:16-17), but there are some sins that God does not forgive or pardon (2 Kings 24:4 and Matthew 12:31). God truly values all human beings (Genesis 1:27), and God truly loves all people, and wants to save all people (John 3:16-17). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how King Jehoiachin was taken captive to Babylon, and how Zedekiah was appointed to reign as the King of Judah, and eventually, how Judah was taken captive to Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and his army. As believers in God, it is always important for us to keep in mind that, Our God is the Holy God (Psalm 99:9), and that we do not want to loose the eternal salvation that God has provided and made available to all of us through the Lord Jesus Christ (John 3:16-17, Romans 3:23-26, and Romans 6:23). Amen. Thank God for His faithfulness. Amen. God loves all people, and God wants to save all the people of the world that will come to Him for eternal salvation (John 3:16-17). If you are not yet saved by God, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved by God. Amen. May God bless you today, everyday, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)

JESUS SAID;

“‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“They will come from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down in the kingdom of God. And indeed there are last who will be first, and there are first who will be last.” (Luke 13:29-30)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” (John 13:17)

JESUS SAID;
“If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John 14:15)

APRIL 12
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 2 Kings 21-23

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Josiah was eight years old when he became king, and he reigned thirty-one years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Jedidah the daughter of Adaiah of Bozkath. And he did what was right in the sight of the LORD, and walked in all the ways of his father David; he did not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.” (2 Kings 22:1-2)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the merciful God (Psalm 103:8). Our God does not tolerate sin (Isaiah 59:2), but God does choose to have mercy on those who repent from their sins during His grace period (Joel 2:12-13 and John 3:16-18). Our God is the holy God (Psalm 99:9). God is the God of justice (Isaiah 45:21). God provides justice, correction, and judgment for all peoples and all nations (Psalm 67:3-4, Psalm 94:10, Psalm 105:7, Jeremiah 10:7, and Jeremiah 18:7-10). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how King Manasseh and King Amon reigned over Judah, how Hilkiah the High Priest found God’s book of law, and Shaphan the Scribe read it to King Josiah, and how King Josiah restored true worship to God. King Jehoahaz and King Jehoiakim reigned after King Josiah, and Necho was the Pharaoh of Egypt. As believers in God, it is always important for us to keep in mind that, our God is the holy God (Psalm 99:9), God does not tolerate sin (Isaiah 59:2), and sin can have very bad consequences (Romans 6:23). But, thank God for His faithfulness! Amen. Thank God that there is a way for salvation! Thank God that there is a way for us to be cleanse from our sins (James 4:7-8 and 1 John 1:9)! Amen. The Lord Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life! Amen. Truly, God loves all people (John 3:16-17), and God is calling all people to repentance (Isaiah 55:6-7 and 2 Peter 3:9). If you are not yet saved by God, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved by God. Amen. Give glory to the Most High God, and May God bless you always in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

SALVATION REMINDER NOTE:
God loves you so much. God does not want you to perish. Today is the day of salvation. If you are not yet saved, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved. And, by the grace of God, if you are already saved, share the message of salvation with others, and God will greatly bless you in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

FEBRUARY 13
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Numbers 28-30

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Now the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, “Command the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘My offering, My food for My offerings made by fire as a sweet aroma to Me, you shall be careful to offer to Me at their appointed time.’”” (Numbers 28:1-2)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the Greatest Giver (Psalm 68:19 and John 3:16-17). Everything that we have on Earth belongs to God (Psalm 24:1). It is a wonderful privilege and experience to have the opportunity to give to God. And, by the grace of God, we should give to God because we love God (Matthew 22:37-40 and John 14:15). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about the daily, Sabbath, and monthly offerings to God, the regular feasts offerings to God, and about God’s law of vows. The Lord Jesus Christ is our High Priest forever (Hebrews 5-7). As believers in God, it is always good to give thanks and praises to God through the name of the Lord Jesus Christ (Hebrews 13:15-16). And in addition, when we make a vow to God, it is always best for us to fulfill our vows to God (Psalm 50:14). Keep in mind God’s desire for mercy and for His people to know Him (Hosea 6:6). Daily devotion to God is important in every believer’s life. By the grace of God, as God leads you, make the necessary time to give offerings to God, to thank and praise God, to honor God, and to know, understand, and to serve God. And, may God greatly bless you in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” (Matthew 9:13)

JESUS SAID;
“For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost.” (Matthew 18:11)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:23-24)

FEBRUARY 12
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Numbers 24-27

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“So Moses brought their case before the LORD. And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying: “The daughters of Zelophehad speak what is right; you shall surely give them a possession of inheritance among their father’s brothers, and cause the inheritance of their father to pass to them.”” (Numbers 27:5-7)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is just, fair, and kind in blessing all of us with life (Genesis 1:27, Genesis 2:7, Psalm 68:19, and Isaiah 45:21). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how Balaam foretold the future blessings of Israel, the zeal of Phinehas, the second census of Israel, the inauguration of Joshua, and about God’s law of inheritance. As believers in God, it is always best to choose wisely how we spend our lives (Psalm 111:10 and Psalm 128:1). God knows all the days of His people, and God has reserved eternal inheritance for all His people (Psalm 37:18 and Galatians 3:26-29). By the grace of God, as you live your life, be sure to make godly and good investments with eternal values. God loves all people, and wants to bless all His people who do His commandments with His eternal blessings (John 3:16-17 and John 13:17). Thank God for all His blessings in our lives! Amen.
