Daily Devote Yourself to God!

~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)

MARCH 24
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 2 Samuel 4-7

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“For Your word’s sake, and according to Your own heart, You have done all these great things, to make Your servant know them. Therefore You are great, O Lord GOD. For there is none like You, nor is there any God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears.” (2 Samuel 7:21-22)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the faithful and covenant keeping God (Psalm 25:10). Our God is the God of love (1 John 4:16 and 1 John 4:18). Our God is the God of justice (Isaiah 45:21). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about the tragic event that took place between Rechab, Baanah, and Ishbosheth, how David was established to reign as the King of Israel, how King David brought back the Ark of God to Jerusalem, and about God’s eternal promise to David. As believers in God, it is always important to keep in mind that, God greatly values His covenant (Deuteronomy 7:9), and God always blesses all His people who keep His commandments (Psalm 128:1). It is good to serve God faithfully (1 Peter 2:9), and it is good to love God with all our hearts, souls, and minds (Deuteronomy 6:5 and Matthew 22:37-40). Our God is the God of peace (Hebrews 13:20-21), and God loves all people (John 3:16-17). If you are not yet saved by God, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved. Amen. May God bless you always in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5)

JESUS SAID;
“They will come from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down in the kingdom of God. And indeed there are last who will be first, and there are first who will be last.” (Luke 13:29-30)

JESUS SAID;
“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.” (Revelation 22:16)

MARCH 18
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Samuel 14-17

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“And Samuel said to Jesse, “Are all the young men here?” Then he said, “There remains yet the youngest, and there he is, keeping the sheep.” And Samuel said to Jesse, “Send and bring him. For we will not sit down till he comes here.” So he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with bright eyes, and good-looking. And the LORD said, “Arise, anoint him; for this is the one!” Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers; and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel arose and went to Ramah.” (1 Samuel 16:11-13)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the faithful and covenant keeping God (Psalm 25:10). God blesses all His people who keep His commandments (Psalm 128:1). God prefers obedience than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22-23), and God looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how King Saul made an oath and made a sacrifice, King Saul sinned and was rejected by God, Prophet Samuel anointed David as King of Israel according to God’s command, and how in a battle, David defeated Goliath. As believers in God, it is always important to keep in mind that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Good Shepherd (John 10:7, 11, and 14). Jesus is the Savior and the True Messiah that God sent to Earth for mankind to receive eternal salvation (John 3:16-17). God the Father has already set His seal on the Lord Jesus Christ (John 6:27). If you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, you will be saved by God (John 3:16-17). Amen. Be blessed by God today and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

SALVATION REMINDER NOTE:
God loves you so much. God does not want you to perish. Today is the day of salvation. If you are not yet saved, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved. And, by the grace of God, if you are already saved, share the message of salvation with others, and God will greatly bless you in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

MARCH 17
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Samuel 11-13

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Then Samuel said to the people, “Do not fear. You have done all this wickedness; yet do not turn aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart. And do not turn aside; for then you would go after empty things which cannot profit or deliver, for they are nothing. For the LORD will not forsake His people, for His great name’s sake, because it has pleased the LORD to make you His people.”” (1 Samuel 12:20-22)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the God of mercy (Psalm 100:4-5, Psalm 103:8, Hosea 6:6, and Jude 20-21). Our God is compassionate (Psalm 111:4). Our God does wonderful works (Psalm 40:5, Psalm 107:8, and Psalm 139:14). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how King Saul defeated the Ammonites and he rejoiced before God with the people of Israel, Prophet Samuel gave a speech to the people, and Israel was in distress. As believers in God, it is always important for us to keep in mind that God is Our Savior (Isaiah 43:11-12). During the good times and the bad times, we should always seek to trust in God with all our hearts (Psalm 18:2, Psalm 18:30, Proverbs 3:5-6, and Isaiah 12:2). Based on the Bible, all people have sinned (Romans 3:21-26), but we are saved by the grace of God through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-10). The Lord Jesus Christ came to save the world from sin and from eternal destruction. Thank God for His Amazing Love for all of us! God loves all people, and God wants to save all the people that will come to Him for salvation (John 3:16-17). Thank God for the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38)! If you are not yet saved, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved by God (John 3:16-17). Amen! May God bless you today, everyday, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen!

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” (Matthew 7:7-8)

JESUS SAID;
“But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’  For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” (Matthew 9:13)

JESUS SAID;
“For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost.” (Matthew 18:11)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:19-20)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

MARCH 16
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Samuel 8-10

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Now the LORD had told Samuel in his ear the day before Saul came, saying, “Tomorrow about this time I will send you a man from the land of Benjamin, and you shall anoint him commander over My people Israel, that he may save My people from the hand of the Philistines; for I have looked upon My people, because their cry has come to Me.” So when Samuel saw Saul, the LORD said to him, “There he is, the man of whom I spoke to you. This one shall reign over My people.”” (1 Samuel 9:15-17)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
God is Our Greatest Leader, God is Our Savior, and God is Our Eternal King (Deuteronomy 10:17, Isaiah 43:11-12, and 1 Timothy 1:17). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how the people of Israel asked for a King, Saul was chosen as the King of Israel, and Prophet Samuel anointed Saul as the King of Israel. As believers in God, it is always important for us to keep in mind that the Lord Jesus Christ is the True King of all of God’s people (Isaiah 9:7). Jesus Christ is the True Messiah, the Lord of Lords, King of Kings, and the Savior of the whole world (John 3:16-17). All authority has been given to the Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven and on Earth (Matthew 28:18). Jesus Christ truly saves, and the Great Commission has been given to all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18-20). God’s love never fails, and if you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, you will be saved by God (John 3:16-17). Amen. Thank God for His eternal salvation. Thank God for His faithfulness. Thank God for all His blessings in our lives, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;

“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” (John 8:58)

JESUS SAID;
“Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.” (Luke 24:46-47)

JESUS SAID;
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

MARCH 15
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Samuel 4-7

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Then Samuel spoke to all the house of Israel, saying, “If you return to the LORD with all your hearts, then put away the foreign gods and the Ashtoreths from among you, and prepare your hearts for the LORD, and serve Him only; and He will deliver you from the hand of the Philistines.” So the children of Israel put away the Baals and the Ashtoreths, and served the LORD only.” (1 Samuel 7:3-4)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the God of gods, and our God is the Lord of lords (Deuteronomy 10:17). Our God is the true God (John 17:3). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how in a battle, the Philistines overcame the Israelites initially, and took the Ark of God from Israel, how Eli passed away, the events of the Philistines with the Ark of God, how the Philistines returned the Ark of God back to Israel, and how the Israelites finally defeated the Philistines. As believers in God, it is always important to keep in mind that there is a spiritual battle going on with the enemy of the souls of mankind, but by the grace of God, we have the victory through the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). God loves all people, and wants to save all the people that will come to Him for salvation (John 3:16-17). Thank God for His faithfulness. Amen. Our God is the awesome God (Psalm 47:2), and our God does wonders (Exodus 15:11). It is good to serve God faithfully (Matthew 6:24). Today is the day of salvation. If you are not yet saved by God, you can repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved. May God bless you today, everyday, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen!
