Daily Devote Yourself to God!

~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)

MARCH 21
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Samuel 24-27

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Then Saul said to David, “May you be blessed, my son David! You shall both do great things and also still prevail.” So David went on his way, and Saul returned to his place.” (1 Samuel 26:25)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the great God, the God of gods, the Lord of Lords, the mighty and awesome God (Deuteronomy 10:17). Our God provides justice for all (Psalm 33:5 and Isaiah 30:18). Our God is the God of justice (Isaiah 45:21). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how David spared King Saul’s life the first time, David and Abigail met, and later got married, David also spared King Saul’s life the second time, and David moved and lived with Achish, King of Gath, for some time. As believers in God, it is always good and important to understand that loving one’s enemy can be challenging, but the Lord Jesus Christ has called us to love all our neighbors as ourselves (Matthew 5:43-45 and Matthew 22:37-40). Truly, vengeance belongs to God (Romans 12:19 and Hebrews 10:30), and there is no doubt that God will repay all the wicked what is due to them (Psalm 7:11). Nonetheless, today is the day of salvation, and God is calling all to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Now is the time to seek God (Isaiah 55:6-7). Thank God for His love. Thank God for His wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Be blessed by God today, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

SALVATION REMINDER NOTE:
God loves you so much. God does not want you to perish. Today is the day of salvation. If you are not yet saved, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved. And, by the grace of God, if you are already saved, share the message of salvation with others, and God will greatly bless you in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)

JESUS SAID;
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.” (Matthew 5:43-45)

JESUS SAID;
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)

JESUS SAID;
“If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” (John 13:17)

MARCH 20
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Samuel 21-23

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Then Jonathan, Saul’s son, arose and went to David in the woods and strengthened his hand in God. And he said to him, “Do not fear, for the hand of Saul my father shall not find you. You shall be king over Israel, and I shall be next to you. Even my father Saul knows that.” So the two of them made a covenant before the LORD. And David stayed in the woods, and Jonathan went to his own house.” (1 Samuel 23:16-18)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the faithful and covenant keeping God (Psalm 25:10). Our God is able to protect all His people who trust in Him, from all harm (Psalm 18:30). The wisdom and knowledge of God provide stability (Isaiah 33:6). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how David fled for his safety, the event that took place with the priests of Nob, and how David escaped to the wilderness. As believers in God, it is always important for us to keep in mind that life can sometimes be difficult, especially when dealing with injustice, but God is always faithful, and we can always have hope in God. Indeed, it is always important for us to trust in God, and to maintain our faith in God, knowing that, God will bring justice for all, and in all cases (Psalm 67:3-4). God is always just, and God is always faithful. You can always trust in God. You can always believe in God. By the grace of God, be steadfast in faith, and may God bless you always in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:19-20)

JESUS SAID;
“Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:6-8)

JESUS SAID;
“I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.” (John 6:35)

MARCH 19
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Samuel 18-20

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“And David behaved wisely in all his ways, and the LORD was with him. Therefore, when Saul saw that he behaved very wisely, he was afraid of him. But all Israel and Judah loved David, because he went out and came in before them.” (1 Samuel 18:14-16)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the wise and eternal God (1 Timothy 1:17). Our God gives wisdom to His people (James 1:5). Our God is powerful, gracious, and full of understanding (Psalm 145:8 and Psalm 147:5). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how King Saul became jealous of David, King Saul sought to execute and eliminate David, and Prince Jonathan made a Covenant with David. As believers in God, it is always important for us to trust God, and to maintain our faith in God (Mark 11:22). And, whenever things in life seem shaky, it becomes even more crucial that we trust in God fully and totally, knowing that God will never fail us, and that God will never forsake us. By the grace of God, always keep in mind that God is abundantly able to answer your prayers (1 Samuel 1:27-28, Psalm 55:16-17, and Isaiah 38:4-5). Walk humbly with God, and have strong confidence in God (Psalm 25:9). God will protect you from all harm, and God will protect you from all evil (Psalm 121:7-8). Thank God for His faithfulness. Amen. Be steadfast in faith, and may God bless you today, everyday, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 10:32-33)

JESUS SAID;
“‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:19-20)

MARCH 18
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Samuel 14-17

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“And Samuel said to Jesse, “Are all the young men here?” Then he said, “There remains yet the youngest, and there he is, keeping the sheep.” And Samuel said to Jesse, “Send and bring him. For we will not sit down till he comes here.” So he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with bright eyes, and good-looking. And the LORD said, “Arise, anoint him; for this is the one!” Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers; and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel arose and went to Ramah.” (1 Samuel 16:11-13)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the faithful and covenant keeping God (Psalm 25:10). God blesses all His people who keep His commandments (Psalm 128:1). God prefers obedience than sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22-23), and God looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how King Saul made an oath and made a sacrifice, King Saul sinned and was rejected by God, Prophet Samuel anointed David as King of Israel according to God’s command, and how in a battle, David defeated Goliath. As believers in God, it is always important to keep in mind that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Good Shepherd (John 10:7, 11, and 14). Jesus is the Savior and the True Messiah that God sent to Earth for mankind to receive eternal salvation (John 3:16-17). God the Father has already set His seal on the Lord Jesus Christ (John 6:27). If you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, you will be saved by God (John 3:16-17). Amen. Be blessed by God today and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

SALVATION REMINDER NOTE:

JESUS SAID;
“I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own.” (John 10:14)

JESUS SAID;
“If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” (John 13:17)

JESUS SAID;

MARCH 17
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Samuel 11-13

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Then Samuel said to the people, “Do not fear. You have done all this wickedness; yet do not turn aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart. And do not turn aside; for then you would go after empty things which cannot profit or deliver, for they are nothing. For the LORD will not forsake His people, for His great name’s sake, because it has pleased the LORD to make you His people.”” (1 Samuel 12:20-22)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the God of mercy (Psalm 100:4-5, Psalm 103:8, Hosea 6:6, and Jude 20-21). Our God is compassionate (Psalm 111:4). Our God does wonderful works (Psalm 40:5, Psalm 107:8, and Psalm 139:14). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how King Saul defeated the Ammonites and he rejoiced before God with the people of Israel, Prophet Samuel gave a speech to the people, and Israel was in distress. As believers in God, it is always important for us to keep in mind that God is Our Savior (Isaiah 43:11-12). During the good times and the bad times, we should always seek to trust in God with all our hearts (Psalm 18:2, Psalm 18:30, Proverbs 3:5-6, and Isaiah 12:2). Based on the Bible, all people have sinned (Romans 3:21-26), but we are saved by the grace of God through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-10). The Lord Jesus Christ came to save the world from sin and from eternal destruction. Thank God for His Amazing Love for all of us! God loves all people, and God wants to save all the people that will come to Him for salvation (John 3:16-17). Thank God for the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38)! If you are not yet saved, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved by God (John 3:16-17). Amen! May God bless you today, everyday, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen!

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’  For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.” (Matthew 9:13)

JESUS SAID;
“For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost.” (Matthew 18:11)

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:19-20)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)
