~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)

APRIL 20
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Chronicles 21-23

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“So David gave Ornan six hundred shekels of gold by weight for the place. And David built there an altar to the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings, and called on the LORD; and He answered him from heaven by fire on the altar of burnt offering. So the LORD commanded the angel, and he returned his sword to its sheath. At that time, when David saw that the LORD had answered him on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite, he sacrificed there.” (1 Chronicles 21:25-28)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the Merciful God (Psalm 103:8). Our God is the Holy God (Psalm 99:9). Our God is Gracious (Psalm 145:8). Our God does not tolerate sin (Isaiah 59:2), but God does choose to have mercy on those who repent from their sins during His grace period (Joel 2:12-13 and John 3:16-18). Our God is the God of Justice (Isaiah 45:21). God provides justice, correction, and judgment for all peoples and all nations (Psalm 67:3-4, Psalm 94:10, Psalm 105:7, Jeremiah 10:7, and Jeremiah 18:7-10). Our God is good to all people (Psalm 145:9), and God is always faithful to bless all His people who keep His commandments (Psalm 128:1). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how God punished King David and had mercy, and King David built an altar to God, King David made preparations for the building of the Temple of God, and gave instructions to Solomon, and Solomon was made King after David, and the duties of the Levites were assigned and established. As believers in God, it is always good for us to keep in mind that our God is the merciful God (Psalm 103:8), and if we confess our sins, God is always faithful to forgive our sins and to cleanse us from every sin (1 John 1:9). Amen. Thank God for His faithfulness. Thank God for His mercy. Thank God for His everlasting love for all of us. Amen.

SALVATION REMINDER NOTE:
God loves you so much. God does not want you to perish. Today is the day of salvation. If you are not yet saved, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved. And, by the grace of God, if you are already saved, share the message of salvation with others, and God will greatly bless you in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

APRIL 6
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 2 Kings 1-3

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“And Elisha said, “As the LORD of hosts lives, before whom I stand, surely were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat king of Judah, I would not look at you, nor see you. But now bring me a musician.” Then it happened, when the musician played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him. And he said, “Thus says the LORD: ‘Make this valley full of ditches.’ For thus says the LORD: ‘You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you, your cattle, and your animals may drink.’ And this is a simple matter in the sight of the LORD; He will also deliver the Moabites into your hand.”” (2 Kings 3:14-18)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the faithful and covenant keeping God (Psalm 25:10). Our God is the true God (John 17:3), and the eternal King (1 Timothy 1:17). Our God is the God of gods, and our God is the Lord of lords (Deuteronomy 10:17). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about the kingdom reign of King Ahaziah, how King Ahaziah passed away as was foretold by Prophet Elijah, how Prophet Elijah was taken into Heaven, and how he transferred his mantle to Prophet Elisha, and how Prophet Elisha predicted the victory over Moab. As believers in God, it is always best for us to seek counsel from God (Psalm 33:11). In addition, it is always best for us to have faith in God, and to maintain our faith in God (Mark 11:22 and Hebrews 11:6). Thank God for the victory that He gives to us through the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57). Amen. God loves all people, and God wants to save all the people of the world that will come to Him for eternal salvation (John 3:16-17). If you are not yet saved by God, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved by God. Amen. May God bless you always in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

SALVATION REMINDER NOTE:

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” (John 14:1-3)

JESUS SAID;
“If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John 14:15)

APRIL 4
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 1 Kings 18-20

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“And it came to pass, at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near and said, “LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that You are God in Israel and I am Your servant, and that I have done all these things at Your word. Hear me, O LORD, hear me, that this people may know that You are the LORD God, and that You have turned their hearts back to You again.” Then the fire of the LORD fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood and the stones and the dust, and it licked up the water that was in the trench. Now when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and they said, “The LORD, He is God! The LORD, He is God!”” (1 Kings 18:36-39)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the True God (John 17:3). God is Our Greatest Leader, God is Our Savior, and God is Our Eternal King (Deuteronomy 10:17, Isaiah 43:11-12, and 1 Timothy 1:17). The counsel of God stands forever (Psalm 33:11), and God is good to all people (Psalm 145:9). Our God is the God of justice (Isaiah 45:21). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about the contest on Mount Carmel to determine the true God, Prophet Elijah fled to Mount Horeb, he was fed by an Angel of God, and he talked with God, and King Ahab defeated the Syrians in a battle. As believers in God, it is always best for us to seek God’s counsel (Psalm 33:11). Thank God for His wisdom, knowledge, and understanding (Psalm 111:10). Amen. God loves all people, and God wants to save all the people of the world that will come to Him for eternal salvation (John 3:16-17). If you are not yet saved by God, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved by God. Amen. May God bless you today, everyday, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 2 Samuel 21-24

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.” (2 Samuel 22:31)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the faithful and covenant keeping God (Psalm 25:10). Our God is the God of love (1 John 4:16 and 1 John 4:18). Our God is the God of justice (Isaiah 45:21). Our God is always faithful to bless everyone who keeps His commandments (Psalm 128:1). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about the famine that occurred in Israel, judgment and how seven sons of Saul were executed, King David’s song of deliverance to praise God, King David’s mighty men and their testimonies, and how God punished King David and had mercy. As believers in God, it is always important for us to keep in mind that our God is the faithful and covenant keeping God (Psalm 25:10). God is the Just Judge (Psalm 7:11). Truly, God values His word, commandments, testimonies, and covenants (Deuteronomy 4:13, Psalm 18:30, Psalm 25:10, Psalm 33:11, and Isaiah 40:8). The Lord Jesus Christ is the Living Word of God (John 1:14). By the grace of God, it is good for us to rejoice and to sing praises to God (Psalm 98:4)! Amen! Thank God for the Word of God! Amen! Thank God for His faithfulness! Amen! Thank God for His Eternal Salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ! Amen! Glory to the Most High God in Jesus’ Name, Amen! Praise God! Amen!

MARCH 10
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Judges 11-13

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Then the Spirit of the LORD came upon Jephthah, and he passed through Gilead and Manasseh, and passed through Mizpah of Gilead; and from Mizpah of Gilead he advanced toward the people of Ammon. And Jephthah made a vow to the LORD, and said, “If You will indeed deliver the people of Ammon into my hands, then it will be that whatever comes out of the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace from the people of Ammon, shall surely be the LORD’s, and I will offer it up as a burnt offering.”” (Judges 11:29-31)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is love (1 John 4:16), our God is just (Isaiah 45:21), and our God is holy (Psalm 99:9). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how Jephthah made a vow to God and defended Israel, how Jephthah and the Gileadites defeated the Ephraimites in a battle, and we also read about the announcement of the birth of Samson by God’s Angel. As believers in God, it is always good to keep in mind that, God is always there for us, even if everything else in life may fail, but God will not fail us (Isaiah 46:4 and Isaiah 49:15). With God all things are truly possible (Matthew 19:26). God is our anchor for life (John 10:10), and it is always good for us to be careful about the vows that we make to God (Proverbs 4:23 and Ecclesiastes 5:2). In overall, it is important to note that we can always offer our thanksgiving to God (Psalm 50:14), and that we can praise God for all His blessings in our lives. Amen.

WORDS OF JESUS:

JESUS SAID;
“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” (Matthew 7:7-8)

JESUS SAID;
“With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)

JESUS SAID;
“Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” (Luke 12:6-7)

JESUS SAID;
“For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:17-18)

JESUS SAID;
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
