JESUS LOVES YOU TODAY! AMEN! DAILY DEVOTE YOURSELF TO GOD! AMEN!
~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Genesis 48-50
VERSE OF THE DAY:
“The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor a lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh comes; And to Him shall be the obedience of the people. Binding his donkey to the vine, And his donkey’s colt to the choice vine, He washed his garments in wine, And his clothes in the blood of grapes. His eyes are darker than wine, And his teeth whiter than milk.” (Genesis 49:10-12)
REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
It is so wonderful and amazing to see the truths of God’s word proven time and time again in the Bible, and in the whole world around us. Truly, it is so humbling and amazing to behold the awesomeness of God, and the divine grace of His word and His glory. The prophecies and the commandments of God revealed in the Bible, solidify on so many grounds and on so many levels, that God is speaking the truth. As a direct descendant from the tribe of Judah, the Lord Jesus Christ has proven and fulfilled so many prophecies in the Bible, including that of Genesis 49:8-12 and Matthew 21:1-17. Indeed, as noted and described in Psalm 33:11, the guidelines provided by God stand forever, and His plans are for all generations. God is able to provide for His people, and God is able to protect and preserve His people throughout their lifetimes on Earth, and beyond. Indeed, thank God for His faithfulness and for His salvation. Amen.
WORDS OF JESUS:
“‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40)
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)
“This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.” (John 6:29)
“If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John 14:15)
