JESUS LOVES YOU TODAY! AMEN! DAILY DEVOTE YOURSELF TO GOD! AMEN!
~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: Exodus 28-30
VERSE OF THE DAY:
“So Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel on the breastplate of judgment over his heart, when he goes into the holy place, as a memorial before the LORD continually.” (Exodus 28:29)
REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
God has prepared an eternal assurance for all His people. The Lord Jesus Christ is Our High Priest forever (Hebrews 7). In today’s study of the Bible, we learn about how Aaron and his sons were anointed, consecrated, and prepared for priesthood, to minister to God. We also learn about how meticulous and orderly the planning was conducted, in order to prepare the sanctuary and the ministers of God for priesthood. Several beautiful gemstones and fine linens were crafted with gold and engraved with the names of the twelve tribes of Israel into the breastplate of judgment worn by the High Priest, including, sardius, topaz, emerald, turquoise, sapphire, diamond, jacinth, agate, amethyst, beryl, onyx, and jasper (Exodus 28:15-21). Likewise, as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, it is important to understand that the Lord Jesus is preparing His people for a royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9). Thank God for the wonderful privilege to serve Him! Amen.
WORDS OF JESUS:
“‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40)
“The Son of Man is also Lord of the Sabbath.” (Luke 6:5)
“Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” (Luke 20:25)
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:23-24)
“If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” (John 13:17)
“If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John 14:15)
