Daily Devote Yourself to God!

~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)

DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 2 Chronicles 14-17

“Asa did what was good and right in the eyes of the LORD his God, for he removed the altars of the foreign gods and the high places, and broke down the sacred pillars and cut down the wooden images. He commanded Judah to seek the LORD God of their fathers, and to observe the law and the commandment.” (2 Chronicles 14:2-4)

Our God is the Merciful God (Psalm 103:8). Our God is the Holy God (Psalm 99:9). Our God is the God of Love (1 John 4:16 and 1 John 4:18). Our God is the God of Justice (Isaiah 45:21). Our God does not tolerate sin (Isaiah 59:2), but God does choose to have mercy on those who repent from their sins during His grace period (Joel 2:12-13 and John 3:16-18). Our God is the wise God, powerful, and full of understanding (Psalm 147:5 and 1 Timothy 1:17). Our God is good to all people (Psalm 145:9), and God is always faithful to bless all His people who keep His commandments (Psalm 128:1). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about the reign of King Asa over Judah, the righteous reforms of King Asa, King Asa’s treaty with Syria, the confrontation with Prophet Hanani, and about the reign of King Jehoshaphat. As believers in God, it is always good for us to keep in mind that our God is the faithful and the covenant keeping God (Psalm 25:10), and that it is always best for us to serve God faithfully, and for us to maintain our faith in God (Mark 11:22). And in addition, it is always best for us to seek the counsel of God (Psalm 33:11), and for us to trust God with all our hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6). Amen. Thank God for His faithfulness. Amen. God loves all people, and God wants to save all the people of the world that will come to Him for eternal salvation (John 3:16-17). Amen. If you are not yet saved by God, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved by God. Amen. May God bless you today, everyday, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” (Matthew 7:7-8)

“‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40)

“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” (John 14:26)

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)
