Daily Devote Yourself to God!

~ RISE AND SHINE TO GOD’S GLORY! AMEN! PRAY THE LORD’S PRAYER! ~ JESUS SAID; “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.” (Matthew 6:9-13)

MARCH 28
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 2 Samuel 18-20

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“Therefore the king said to Shimei, “You shall not die.” And the king swore to him.” (2 Samuel 19:23)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
Our God is the merciful God (Psalm 103:8). Our God does not tolerate sin (Isaiah 59:2), but God does choose to have mercy on those who repent from their sins during His grace period (Joel 2:12-13 and John 3:16-18). Our God is wise, powerful, and full of understanding (Psalm 147:5 and 1 Timothy 1:17). Our God is good to all people (Psalm 145:9). In today’s study of the Bible, we read about how Absalom got caught in a tree and was executed during a battle, how King David returned back to Jerusalem and mourned because of Absalom, and how Sheba rebelled against King David. As believers in God, it is always good and important for us to keep in mind that, our God is the merciful God (Psalm 103:8), but God does not tolerate sin (Isaiah 59:2), and that, sin can have very bad consequences (Romans 6:23). God is the just Judge (Psalm 7:11). It is a blessing when God forgives our sins (Psalm 32:1-2), and when God cleanses us from all our sins (1 John 1:9). As believers in God, it is always good for us to forgive others of the wrongs that they have done to us (Matthew 5:7 and Matthew 6:15). God loves all people, and God wants to save all the people of the world that will come to Him for eternal salvation (John 3:16-17). If you are not yet saved by God, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved by God. Amen. May God bless you today, everyday, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

SALVATION REMINDER NOTE:
God loves you so much. God does not want you to perish. Today is the day of salvation. If you are not yet saved, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved. And, by the grace of God, if you are already saved, share the message of salvation with others, and God will greatly bless you in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

JESUS SAID;
“Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.” (Matthew 5:8)

JESUS SAID;
“But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” (Matthew 6:15)

JESUS SAID;

“Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.” (Luke 24:46-47)

JESUS SAID;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:16-17)

JESUS SAID;
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

MARCH 27
DAILY BIBLE STUDY: 2 Samuel 14-17

VERSE OF THE DAY:
“So Absalom and all the men of Israel said, “The advice of Hushai the Archite is better than the advice of Ahithophel.” For the LORD had purposed to defeat the good advice of Ahithophel, to the intent that the LORD might bring disaster on Absalom.” (2 Samuel 17:14)

REFLECTION NOTES AND LESSONS LEARNED:
God is Our Greatest Leader, God is Our Savior, and God is Our Eternal King (Deuteronomy 10:17, Isaiah 43:11-12, and 1 Timothy 1:17). The counsel of God stands forever (Psalm 33:11). God is good to all people (Psalm 145:9). God is always faithful to bless all His people who keep His commandments (Psalm 25:10 and Psalm 128:1). In today’s study of the Bible we read about Joab’s scheme for Absalom to return to Jerusalem, Absalom’s conspiracy, and King David’s flight from Jerusalem into the wilderness, how Absalom entered Jerusalem to rule and reign, and about the advises from Ahithophel and Hushai. As believers in God, it is always important for us to understand, and to keep in mind that, true promotion comes from God (James 4:10). According to God’s commandments, it is good for us to honor our fathers and our mothers (Deuteronomy 5:16 and Proverbs 23:25). God is always faithful to bless everyone who keeps His commandments (Psalm 128:1). Thank God for His faithfulness. Amen. Thank God for all His blessings in our lives. Amen. If you are not yet saved by God, repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved by God. Amen. May God bless you today, everyday, and forevermore in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

JESUS SAID;
“Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)

JESUS SAID;
“I and My Father are one.” (John 10:30)
